Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to credit purchases made on MainsCheck, operated by Framebit Studios. Credits are purchased in INR via Razorpay, where 1 credit = 1 evaluation.
1. Refund window for unused credits
Credits that you have not yet spent on an evaluation are refundable within 7 days of purchase. After this 7-day window, purchases are non-refundable.
2. Used credits are non-refundable
Credits that have already been spent on an evaluation are non-refundable, as the Service has been delivered for those credits.
3. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email support@mainscheck.com with your order details, including the order reference and the email associated with your account. We will verify your remaining unused credits and process eligible refunds.
4. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Duplicate & failed charges
Duplicate charges and failed charges that were nonetheless debited are refunded in full. Contact us with the relevant transaction details and we will resolve them promptly.
6. Free-tier evaluations
Free evaluations — the 5 free evaluations on signup and the 1 free typed evaluation per day — have no monetary value and are not refundable.
